Unplanned time-off categories

Substrings (one per line) matched against the UKG time-off category name to flag an absence as unplanned. Used by the absence-prediction model in the next phase.

Absence-prediction model

JSON knobs. Signal is the Attendance app's "unexplained absence" days from UKG punch data. window_days / min_scheduled_days govern base rates; the ×multipliers scale probability for Mon/Fri (use_empirical_dow=true derives it from data), days next to a holiday, WI gun-deer week, and a recent absence streak. likely_out_threshold is the p above which someone is named on the calendar.

Equipment Master List

Upload the MFT Equipment Master spreadsheet (.xlsx / .xls). It merges into the plant-wide equipment list (matched by the sheet's # column) — admin field edits and hidden rows made on the Equipment List page are kept; untouched rows refresh from the sheet and new rows are added. The list is available across USFT at that page and at GET /api/equipment. Rows whose Division / Category is Machine Shop are pulled into this app's machine list for the Skills matrix — real stations (lathes, machining centers, saws, grinders, drills, robots, CMMs) are switched on automatically; the rest arrive inactive for the machine lead to enable in Skills → Machines / Cells. Hand-tuned crew size and active toggles are preserved on re-upload.

Proficiency seeding

Re-run the press-machine import (from LB3) and the proficiency pre-seed from shift-report crew history. Never overwrites a hand-edited cell.
